Anolon 81364 Professional 11-Piece Nonstick Cookware SetRiveted, heat-resistant, stainless-steel handles, they're made of hard-anodized aluminum, with tough, durable nonstick interiors, and wear contemporary, matte-finish, charcoal-gray exteriors.
With riveted, heat-resistant, stainless-steel handles that are oven-safe to 500 degrees F, the pots and pans in this cookware set can start out on the stovetop and finish in the oven. They're made of hard-anodized aluminum, with tough, durable nonstick interiors, and wear contemporary, matte-finish, charcoal-gray exteriors. This thoroughly professional set includes an 8-quart covered stockpot with a meat rack; a 5-quart covered sauté pan (12 inches in diameter) that's big enough for one-pan meals; a 4-quart steamer insert that fits into the stockpot and holds plenty of pasta, pot stickers, or broccoli; 1-1/2-quart and 3-quart covered saucepans; and a 10-inch skillet. Lids are glass with stainless-steel rims, and pan and skillet handles have holes for hanging. This cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack
