Customer Review: A little too light weight....

I purchased this crepe pan after reading the reviews. (I cancelled another.)
I have learned to equate 'heft' with quality. This item (packed loose) seems very flimsy (which is why it heats and cools so rapidly). I paid $15.99 for this item. I see it is now listed at $19.99. I believe it is not even worth the lower price I paid. Stick with Anolon Advanced if you are seeking quality (or the inexpensive Calphalon 'Commercial' which is heavier weight).

Anolon 81802 10'' Crepe Pan twice as hard as stainless steel, the anodized aluminum of this 10-inch crêpe pan from Anolon provides a highly durable cooking surface. The construction also allows for even and quick heat conductivity without the hot spots that can ruin a delicate crêpe.Twice as hard as stainless steel, the anodized aluminum of this 10-inch crêpe pan from Anolon provides a highly durable cooking surface. The pan's three-layer Autograph nonstick coating is ideal for the quick-cooking nature of crêpes and cleans up easily. The phenolic handle, attached with a stainless-steel double rivet, stays cool on the stovetop and withstands oven use up to 350 degrees F. Anolon's construction requires very little cooking oil, but plastic, nylon, or wooden utensils are recommended. The pan is suitable for solid plate, radiant ring, ceramic, halogen, and gas cooking surfaces. Hand washing keeps the nonstick surface and aluminum in optimum condition. --Emily Bedard
